DESCRIPTION

Equipment designed for the transportation of food, chemical products, petrochemical and hot asphaltic emulsions.

02 Axles tank
- For transportation of liquid cargos of 30 ton, for 6x2 vehicles.

STRUCTURE

- Self-contained chassis, girders in “I” shape, made of steel structural plate SAC 50 / ASTM A-36, high strength and resistance to the atmospheric action, with crossbeans made in structural steel plate LN 20 NBR 6655;
- Flange Ø 2” king pin, according to Brazilian standards (NBR 5548);

AXLES

- Square tubular type, with self-aligning roller thrust bearing, supporting radial and axial forces of the axle;
- Spoke wheel cubes, with brake drums designed to offer the best performance in the breaking action;
- Supplied with 13 wheels rings Optional: “tubeless tires).

02 Axles Tank
Supplied with 09 wheel rings for tube tires (optional tubeless tires).

SUSPENSION

- 02 or 03 axles suspension (tandem), equalizer system, strengthened leaf springs, treated by "Shot Peening", mounted in supports, and connected with the turnbuckle arms;
- Reinforced equalizer in special steel plate with hardened sleeves, acting over lubricated pins;
- Centralized arms fixed and adjustable, fixed trough bearings and molecular pins;

BRAKES

- Compressed air system, "tubeless", 16,5x 8" diameter and “S "came system;
- Two feeding lines (emergency and service), in accordance with Brazilian standards ( Resolution 777/93 CONTRAN), guaranteeing the system security ;
- Second and third axles equipped with “Spring Brake” brake chambers in accordance with Brazilian standards (Resolution 777/93 CONTRAN)

AIR INSTALLATION

The items of the system are:
- Air reservoir;
- Air fittings “Quick fitting” type;
- Distribution valves;
- Fast discharge valve;
- Air pipes made of high resistance nylon tubes.

ACCESSORIES

- Two speed mechanical jack;
- Metallic tool box;
- Water and soap reservoir;
- Spare tire carrier, basket type, for two tires;
- Lateral access ladder;
- Axle air lift at the 1st axle;
- Bumpers in accordance with Brazilian resolutions (COTRAN 152/03)
- Mudguards manufactured with high resistance plastic;
- Rubber mudguards in the bumpers;
- Reflective bands;
- Holder and extinguisher;
- Towing hook at the rear;

CARGO BOX

- Stainless steel and carbon steel versions, isothermals, with or without coil and internal insulation.
- Cylindrical section and torispherical heads;
- Stainless steel manhole with 06 “butterfly” lock screw;
- 3” diameter lateral drain hose;
- 3” diameter outlet spherical valve;
- Instruments box composed of: 01 Ø 3/4” spherical valve, 01 vacuum valve and 01 manometer 2 ½ “ with Ø 1/2” spherical valve;
- Convex ASME 10% rear and front heads;
- External rings for tank reinforcement;
- Ø 500 mm manhole cover in accordance with Brazilian institute INMETRO;
- Ø 3" stainless steel bottom valve, spherical type.
