Structure

- Chassis monoblock type manufactured by girder “Z” in structural steel ASTM A 36;
- Structural steel “G” crossbeams (LN- 20- NBR 6655), folded and connected to the girders;
- Braces for reinforcement at the top and bottom of the girders.

Cargo Box

- Structural poles build in conformed tubular profiles and with partial closing in perforated plate;
- Structure reinforced by “French hand”;
- Back and frontal panels made with tubular profiles and total closing in perforated steel plate;

Coupling System

- Coupling system according to the truck manufacturer
- Coupling with six rigid and bolted rear plates, two front unidirectional and elastic coupling and one articulated coupling at the front;
- Coupling by clamp and nut system.

Suspension

- Front and rear monoaxle type equalizer suspensions tandem type
- Fixed and adjustable turnbuckle arms with molecular bolts for the axle’s alignment
- Strengthened leaf springs, treated by "Shot Peening"
- Side supports with moving scrub, allowing fast exchange.

Dolly

- Frame with turntable of two ways of spheres;
- Drawbar made with tubular square profile;
- Forged ø 2" towing eye with steel sleeve and security chain.

- Mudguards manufactured with high resistance plastic;

Brakes

- Compressed air system, "tubeless", 16,5x 8" diameter and “S "came system;
- Two feeding lines (emergency and service), in accordance with Brazilian standards (Resolution 777/93 CONTRAN), guaranteeing the system security;
- Rear axle equipped with “Spring Brake” brake chambers in accordance with Brazilian standards (Resolution 777/93)
