Structure

- Chassis monoblock type manufactured by girder “Z” in structural steel ASTM A 36;
- Structural steel “G” crossbeams (LN- 20<- NBR 6655), folded and connected to the girders;
- Braces for reinforcement at the top and bottom of the girders.

Cargo Box

- Build in tubular reinforced profiles and structural steel plate LN20 NBR 6655 with perforated modules;
- Dropped box in steel plate with rounded and reinforced squares;
- Twists system and discharge trough auto-lubricated bronze bearings fixed to the structure;
- Lifting system by steel cable or chains.

Dolly

- Frame with turntable of two ways of spheres;
- Drawbar made with tubular square profile;
- Forged ø 2" towing eye with steel sleeve and security chain.

Suspension

- Front and rear monoaxle type;
- Fixed and adjustable turnbuckle arms with molecular bolts for the axle’s alignment
- Strengthened leaf springs, treated by "Shot Peening"
- Side supports with moving scrub, allowing fast exchange.

Axles

- Tubular Axle of cylindrical section, 19 mm wall and cargo capacity for 13 tons each;

- Disc wheel cubes, supplied with 8 wheels

04 Axles

- Disc wheel cubes, supplied with 16 wheels

Brakes

- Compressed air system, "tubeless", 16,5x 8" diameter and “S "came system;
- Two feeding lines (emergency and service), in accordance with Brazilian standards (Resolution 777/93 CONTRAN), guaranteeing the system security;
- Rear axle equipped with “Spring Brake” brake chambers in accordance with Brazilian standards (Resolution 777/93)

Air installation

The items of the system are:
- Air reservoir;
- ½ “ air fittings type “Quick fitting”;
- Distribution valves;
- Fast discharge valve;
- Air pipes made of high resistance nylon tubes.

Accessories

- Rear bumper with rubber mudguards;
- Reflective bands in accordance with Brazilian Resolution 128/01 CONTRAN;
- Document holder with cover;
- Rear plate indicating Long Vehicle;
- Fixed bumpers in accordance with Brazilian resolutions (COTRAN 152/03);
- Towing hooks at the end of the girders;
- 2” rear automatic coupling;
- Air and electrical system suitable for convoys;

Painting

- Pre-washing with chemical degreaser;
- Anti-corrosive primer application;
- Synthetic painting.
