Structure
- Chassis manufactured by girder “U” in structural steel ASTM A 36;
- Structural steel “G” crossbeams (LN - 20 - NBR 6655), folded and connected to the girders;
- Lateral structural steel “Z” giving structural stability to the frame of the chassis;
- “French hands” and crossbeam inlaid into the girder, giving more height from the ground.
Cargo Box – Unchopped Sugar Cane
- Structural frame in tubular profiles, with partial closing in perforated steel plate
- Structure reinforced by “French hands”
- Frontal and rear panels builds in tubular profiles, with partial closing in perforated steel plate.
Coupling System
- Coupling system according to the truck manufacturer
- Coupling with six rigid and bolted rear plates, two front unidirectional and elastic coupling and one articulated coupling at the front;
- Coupling by clamp and nut system.

- Metallic bumpers both, rear and front, with rubber mudguards;
- Reflective bands in accordance with Brazilian Resolution 128/01 CONTRAN;
