Equipment designed for the transportation of indivisible cargo. Designed for the transportation of heavy duty machinery as excavators, harvesters, crawler dozers and many other cargo types.

Structure

- Made in structural steel plate SAC 50 and LNE 26, welded by MIG process. Girders, crossbeans and “French hand” in steel shape “U”;
- Manual lifting device, with removable bolts and lever, height adjustment.
- Hitch of the king pin made in structural steel, incorporated to the structure with perfect coupling;
- Flange Ø 2” king pin, according to Brazilian standards NBR 5548 (for 02, 03 and 04 Axles<) or 3 ½ “” (for 04 Axles) in accordance with the Brazilian resolution NBR 5550;
- Blasting with steel grit, primer application and final painting with synthetic paint.
- Hardwood floor, 50 mm thickness.

Suspension

- Equalizer system in tandem, with stamped steel plates over the axles;
- Reinforced equalizer in special steel plate with hardened sleeves, acting over hardened and lubricated pins;
- Centralized arms fixed and adjustable, fixed trough bearings and molecular pins;
- Leaf springs, treated by "Shot Peening", reinforced for overload
- Square tubular axle with rectified bearing bed type, ring wheel cube 20” or 22, with thrust bearings.

Brakes

- Compressed air system, 16,5x 8" diameter and “S "came system and “quick change” shoe lining;
- Two feeding lines (emergency and service), in accordance with Brazilian standards (Resolution 777/93 CONTRAN), guaranteeing the system security;
- Axles equipped with “Spring Brake” brake chambers in accordance with Brazilian standards (Resolution 777/93)

Air installation

In accordance with the Brazilian resolution of CONTRAN 777/93, the items of the system are:
- Two nylon air lines, one as a service line and the second as an emergency line;
- Air reservoir;
- Distribution valves;
- Fast discharge valve;

Accessories

- Metallic tool box;
- Rubber mudguards;
- Spare tire carrier for two tires over the neck;
- Side steel rings and hooks for load binding all over the bed;
- Bumpers in accordance with Brazilian resolutions (COTRAN 152/03);
