Structure
- Girders in “I” shape, formed by steel structural shape ASTM A-36 and structural plate LNE 26 NBR 6655, with crossbeans and “French hand” in high strength steel structural plate (LN - 20 - NBR 6655);
- Hitch of the king pin made in structural steel LNE 20 and 8 mm (5/16”) thickness;
- Flange Ø 2” king pin, according to Brazilian standards (NBR 5548);
- Structural steel shape closing the contour with folded plate (LN - 20 - NBR 6655).
Suspension
- 03 axles suspension (tandem), equalizer system, strengthened leaf springs, treated by "Shot Peening", mounted in supports, and connected with the turnbuckle arms;
- Use molecular pins, giving more durability and security to the system.

Axles

Air installation
The items of the system are:
- Air reservoir;
- Air fittings “Quick fitting” type;
- Distribution valves;
- Fast discharge valve;
- Air pipes made of high resistance nylon tubes.
Brakes
- Compressed air system, "tubeless", 16,5x 8" diameter and “S "came system;
- Two feeding lines (emergency and service), in accordance with Brazilian standards (Resolution 777/93 CONTRAN), guaranteeing the system security;
- Rear axle equipped with “Spring Brake” brake chambers in accordance with Brazilian standards (Resolution 777/93)
